50 an hour 7 days ago 7 days ago 7 days ago Duties - Greet and assist prospective residents with property tours and provide information about available units - Conduct background checks and verify income and rental history of potential tenants - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are properly completed and signed - Collect and process rental payments from residents - Address resident inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, resident interactions, and unit availability - Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement effective leasing strategies Skills - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact with prospective and current residents - Proficiency in using property management software such as OneSite or Yardi for leasing activities - Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs and regulations - Knowledge of property leasing laws and regulations - Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with residents or prospective tenants - Basic understanding of property maintenance to address maintenance requests appropriately - Customer relationship management skills to build positive relationships with residents - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite for documentation and record keeping Note:
