is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for their Ascent at Riverdale Apartments, (180 units) in Riverdale, GA.
The Assistant Property Manager helps manage the day-to-day operations of the community, with a focus on accounts receivable, collections, reporting, leasing, customer service, and renewals.
Candidate must be energetic, professional, personable, analytical, and a service oriented leader.
Responsibilities/Requirements include:
Provide exceptional customer service Show apartments, explain models and pricing, close the sale, and process rental applications accurately and in a timely manner Collect rents & post in AMSI system, lead collection efforts to maximize income Assist in marketing efforts, including organizing and creating resident functions, newsletters and events Ensure leasing office, tour path, model and vacant apartments, amenities, and general curb appeal of community is clean and presentable Assist the Property Manager with compiling reports Oversee active marketing campaigns, conduct market analysis, and prepare market surveys Lead others and work as a team 2 years leasing experience preferred 1 year customer service experience preferred AMSI experience beneficial Candidate should have effective communication skills and demonstrate experience in sales and marketing.
