This essential role involves thorough inspections of single-family rental properties to ensure they meet our strict standards, preparing them for occupancy, and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Responsibilities:
Carry out detailed inspections of single-family residential properties Spot and report any issues or defects Write comprehensive inspection reports with recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance Work with the maintenance team to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed promptly Ensure properties meet safety standards and comply with local housing regulations Keep accurate records of inspections, findings, and follow-up actions Requirements:
Experience in property inspection or a similar role Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills and proficiency in writing reports Knowledge of housing regulations and safety standards Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to perform simple maintenance tasks (e.
