As a Mobile Phone Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.
This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise in mobile device repair and software troubleshooting.
Duties:
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets - Perform repairs on mobile devices, including screen replacements, battery replacements, and component repairs - Conduct thorough analysis of device issues using schematics and diagnostic tools - Utilize knowledge of operating systems (iOS, Android) to troubleshoot software-related problems - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns - Keep accurate records of repairs performed and parts used - Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile device technologies and repair techniques
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets - Proficiency in analyzing schematics and diagnosing hardware issues - Experience with equipment repair tools and techniques - Familiarity with computer hardware and Mac OS - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
